All orders are final sale. 

Due to the sanitary aspects of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please write us at mary.louise.oils@gmail.com so that we can determine a positive outcome to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible. 

Also remember, Mary Louise products contain all natural ingredients, butters and oils, which may melt  in warmer environments, melted products does not signify that the product is damaged or faulty. It is advised that if the product has arrived melted, please place in a cool dry place or refrigerate for 10 minutes and it will immediately solidify.
