Shipping policy

Please be mindful that our products are handmade in small batches and may take up to 4 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Saturday and exclude all Federal Holidays, processing begins the following business day after your order has been placed. All orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS and should arrive in 4-7 days.

Please note that all shipping times are merely an estimate, but you may track your order at any time via the UPS and/or USPS website. 

If your package is damaged, lost or missing, please contact us at mary.louise.oils@gmail.com immediately, so we can file a claim with UPS and/or USPS on your behalf. We're not responsible for lost, damaged or missing products.
